The homeowner found us searching for an Elan Home system installer in Weybridge to upgrade his old Elan system. After a smart home consultation to understand the state of the current system and the homeowners’ requirements, it was agreed that an upgrade to the system would be needed.
Our solution and design met all their expectations. Their Weybridge Smart home would be easily controlled by an upgraded Elan home automation processor with a new Elan touchscreen, which allowed them to control every aspect of their smart home.
Smart Lighting
The Rako Lighting system installed needed to be reconfigured for the homeowners’ new requirements and as a bonus we configured it to work with Elan.
Video Distribution
When the system was originally configured by the earlier installer, there were no 4K TV’s and sky boxes in use. We upgraded the video matrix to a 4k, UHD matrix and updated the old TVs so Sky content could be distributed to the 6 TVs around the home in UHD.
Audio Distribution
Multi-room music is provided to all the rooms by reconfiguring the existing streamer and a multi-zone amplifier, giving out whole home music using the existing built-in ceiling speakers
Seven zones had access to music from Spotify, Apple music and worldwide radio stations.
Network and Wi-Fi
We removed the old mesh Wi-Fi system and installed wired access points throughout the house to give seamless Wi-Fi coverage
