Just a short stroll from Chelsea’s iconic Sloane Square, this Victorian brick-fronted home spans four floors and features five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and elegant living spaces including an open-plan kitchen/dining area, study, drawing room, and lounge.

The homeowner was already familiar with smart living, having used a home automation system for over 12 years. After flood damage rendered the previous system unusable, the brief was clear: deliver a modern, intuitive smart home solution that surpasses the old system while complementing the property’s classic architecture.
